We used FXO trunks to PSTN services and ISDN circuits. We all offer SIP based solutions (which use internet) if requested.

Let us explain why we highly recommend on site IP-PBX systems so you have an understanding of why customers all over our switching to CGB Solutions. an FXO trunk to PSTN service is the “technical” term for a standard phone line. Basically what our system does is converts your standard phone line into a digital signal using our IP-PBX system. Our system has all the features of hosted solutions and they still utilize VoIP technology. If you look at the diagram above you’ll understand why it is so important to have your phone system on site. Essentially when using hosted services you have two points of failure. The first point of failure is your office internet, if your office internet goes down, you won’t be able to reach your phone system. The second point of failure is the internet connection at your providers data center, if there internet goes down, your phones will not be able to register with the system.
